Angel’s MUST Have Requirements

Angels must satisfy ALL the following prerequisites.

Have at least ONE of the eligible medical diagnoses that was established before age 18 years old: Autism – Down syndrome – Cerebral Palsy – Spina Bifida – Prader Willi syndrome – Phelan McDermid – Intellectual Disability.

Reside in FL in the last year before moving to the ARM Center.

Be at least 18 years old at the time of admission to the ARM Center.

Have FL Photo ID.

Have FL Guardianship (for decisions during medical emergencies).

Have FL Medicaid (Medical insurance).

FL Medicaid waiver (Long Term Care insurance).

Angel’s behavior assessment must be performed by the ARM Center to check if each angel’s specific needs fit with what we can provide.
